Random Marshall in May

Here are some random pictures of Marshall. I think the FUNNIEST one is Marshall laying on my stuffed animal. Kevin was trying to do a photo shoot.....&.....it was funny!! That is my stuffed animal that I sleep with when I'm pregnant. I have had it forever & it is the only thing that I can cuddle & get comfortable with when I am HUGE! Whatever works...right?

Grandparents & Great-Grandparents

Kevin's grandparents moved up from St. George a while ago. They were having some health issues so their family decided they needed to be closer to them. They have lived in St. George for a LONG time & all their kids are in the Salt Lake area.
I LOVE this pictures of all the boys!!
It is nice having them close by....so we can visit them. Although....... it was nice to have an excuse to take a vacation to St. George or somewhere close by. We would stop by many time on our way to California or Vegas.....but it's nice to have them here. These are pictures of when we took Marshall to see them for the first time. He is a month old ....5/29/11. It was fun to see them & take pictures.....even though they didn't want their pictures taken. It will be fun to look back at them.

My cute chubby boy!! This is one of the first times he was really smiling a lot!

Big Brother

Once again don't mind our lovely chair....it's my grandparents. Don't get me wrong I am VERY grateful to have this condo to live in until we find a house....It just doesn't look very good when we take pictures.....I know kind of vain aren't I...oh well :)

I love my boys!! I think it is sooooo cute to see them interact with their new brother. They really love him & don't get jealous at all when I have to feed him or something like that. I think they like that mom won't be checking up on them for awhile so they can do what they want.
Marshall is about a month old & Ethan is almost 6

Mother's day

I love mother's day! Not just because I get spoiled but I love being a mom. I just take the time to think of all the great things I would miss if I wasn't a mom. It's a REALLY tough job & I praise any women who does it. All moms are hard on themsleves & don't think that they are doing a good job but nobody is perfect....we are all trying our best.

Being a mom is hands down the most demanding and sometimes demeaning job I have ever done. I have to remember that doing things for myself, allowing myself breaks makes me a better and happier mom. In turn, when I’m more joyful and calm my boys usually are too. Unlike a 9-5 job, you are always on call and your vacations require a vacation.

I saw this little saying & LOVED it & need to live by it!!
Happy Mother's day...we all deserve it!

Little Learners Carnival

Ethan went to Little Learners for his last year of preschool. He went to 3 years of preschool. The fist two were at Mrs. Margaret's in our neighborhood...we loved it but when his 2 years were up we sent him here. It's a great school & he loved it.
They had a carnival in May for a fundraiser. It was fun...they had a bunch of games. We invited Kevin's sister & her 2 girls to come. Ethan & Jackson really liked fighting Darth Vader with the Lightsabers they made.......I was a little scared of him....he was a BIG guy!

Wheeler Farm

Now that we have moved......the one plus is we are closer to Wheeler Farm. It's fun to take the boys there and walk around. It is spring time & all the cute babies were out! LOVE IT.
They built a new playground there....so that is pretty cool.

Easter at the Farmer house

We had Easter dinner at my parents house & did an Easter egg hunt there. I decided I wanted to make a Veggie tray. I don't know why, but I don't have a final picture of it. You make a bunny like this & then cut out his belly and put dip in it and then veggies all around. It was sooo cute...yes I was proud :)
This picture is of us on Easter morning. Ethan wanted to hold Marshall.......I think I was still on the drugs because I let him hold him standing up & over a tile floor.....can we say "smart mom"....hello Lindsay!
This is a picture of some of the Easter hunters. Yes... Jackson is wearing yellow polyester shorts. He had a little accident right before we did the hunt & I didn't bring an extra change of clothes. My mom has saved some clothes from when my brothers were little....so cute!

Easter at the Moore house

We had Easter dinner at Kevin's parents house. It was fun! After dinner it was nice enough to go out & do an Easter egg hunt. It was Marshall's first holiday. He was just 10 days old. Of course he was sleeping....so I didn't get any pictures of him.
It was great to get out of the house & get out of pajamas for the day. I felt like a real person! I am one of those people who can't wait to get out of the house once I have come home from the hospital....go for a walk.....whatever....just out of the house!

Our old neighborhood

I forgot to post this. This is a picture of some of the cute kids in our old neighborhood. I loved hearing all the kids outside playing with each other. I could just sit outside with the moms in the neighborhoods & chat while all the kids ran around. It was a great neighborhood & i LOVE my neighbors. Everyone got a long really well & looked out for each other. I will miss it a lot. Thanks for being our neighbors for the last 5 years! Love you all!!

Day 3 with Marshall

On Sunday the 17th my brother Ryan & his family came over. Jenni was nice and brought us dinner. THANKS!! We love it. All the kids wanted to hold him especially Boston. He is the only boy in their family & really wants a brother. I told him he could come over anytime & see him. He was really cute with him
This is Halen and Boston......Halen LOVE Marshall also....she is really good with him.
This is their 3rd kid....Jovi. I love all the pictures of them holding him. It is fun to see them with him & how much little kids love babies. We love you guys. We miss living by you. Hopefully we will find a house near you.

2 Days old

This is the day that we got to take Marshall James home! He was so cute & looked so little in that car seat. It was so much fun to bring him home. Kevin's cute mom had dinner for us when we got home on Saturday....that was very nice to not worry about that. I LOVE her cooking! THANKS

Life with 3 boys will be interesting but fun. I am excited to have them keep me young and on my feet all day. We love all of you. Hopefully we can find a new home soon.....don't you just love the nice pink carpet in my grandparents condo......we are very grateful to have it while we look for a home...THANKS mom & dad!

1 Day old

My dad brought the boys to visit. It was fun to see them & their reaction to their new brother. After they said their Hi's, Ethan went right to the dry-erase board....he loves to draw.
All Jackson wanted was food......he LOVE his food.
They also wanted to play on my dad and Kevin's phone....angry birds.
It was fun to have them come but at the end I was glad to have some time to spend with my little monkey! I actually enjoy being in the hospital when I am having a baby. Someone to wait on you, meals are delivered to you, stay in pj's all day & my husband at my side all day....not hard to please I guess :) We love you Marshall!

Introducing MARSHALL JAMES

I'm finally to the most important thing that has happened all year! The safe arrival of our 3rd boy! I should really title this....introducing NO NAME. We didn't have a name for him until the day we left the hospital. Trying to figure out ANOTHER boys name was hard for us, but we did it & we LOVE it!
Hold on....I'm going to gloat a bit....ever since we had Marshall life has been crazy but awesome....having a 3rd child.....can I just say WOW.....this is some curve ball!! BUT.....Marshall has made this experience awesome! He is my best baby ever.... pregnancy....great....delivery....great.....life with him....prefect!! He is such a happy & content baby!! He hardly cries.....sleeps through the night....I'm SO glad that we decided to have another child....I would never trade him in even if I knew I was getting a girl!
It was a great day to have a kid. I was 2 days away from my due date & feeling ready any minute. I went to the gym that morning & workout out a little harder then normal. Then about an hour or so later my water broke, just a little. I then called Kevin at work to warn him it may happen today. I picked up Jackson & Ethan from school, called my parents...this was around 11. My dad was on-call day or night,if I went into labor, so he could watch the kids.....thanks pop! He had retired the beginning of April...just in time. Went home took a shower & got ready....yes I got ready! :) My other deliveries were in the middle of the night & the pictures were not so lovely. So......I figured I had time to make myself look somewhat presentable.
Then Kevin & my family came to our house around 2. We arrived at the hospital around 4 & then had him at 6:30pm. It was great. Quick and easy. I like delivering during the day. I wasn't in labor very long & had to push about 4 times and out he came. My mom & sister got to hang out most of the time....it was fun to have them there.
I would totally do this pregnancy all over again, but it's just life tricking me into having another one.....not unless it's a girl:)
Kevin and his boy
My mom & her 10th grandchild....8th grandson....my one brother is the only one with girls.
My sister.....they share the same birthday month....nice of him not to come on her birthday. He waited and came the day after.
Marshall's first bath! I loved that I got to watch this time. At IMC you can do it in the room. With my other boys Kevin & the nurse would go do the bath in the nursery while I slept.

This was an awesome day & we loved every minute of it. We couldn't have planned it any better. Kevin got off work early, we didn't have to rush, the nurses were great, my doctor was there, my sister and mom got to be there, kids were taken care of.....the only thing that sort of went wrong I was was progressing really fast and the epidural couldn't keep up....so I could feel a lot of it. Hats off to you natural girls! It was fine but I love the drugs....then by the end my legs were VERY dead. That was ok with me.....all I wanted to do was sleep.
WE LOVE YOU MARSHALL THANKS FOR COMING TO OUR FAMILY!
