Ethan Kindergarten & Jackson Preschool's last day

I can't believe it is the end of school & my little Kindergarten is now a 1st grader. He did really good this year & loved it.
Ethan had a year end program that celebrates the kids that went above and beyond to earn the Soaring Eagle. They read their names and gave them a pretty cool medal.
This is Ethan's Kindergarten teacher Mrs. Rodriguez.
This is Mrs. Card the aid that was in his class.
This is a picture of Jackon's Preschool teacher Miss. Emily. She took over for he mother-in-law Miss. Margaret. She was really great & Jackson was actually ok going every time by himself. Last year he would got to school without Ethan going. They had a sprinkler party on the last day. You can tell how excited he was to get his picture taken. This is he last year with Miss Emily. I need to find him another preschool for next year.

Primary's 5K

We decided to run the 5K at Riverton Hospital to celebrate 90 years of primary children's. Our friends came down from Idaho & decided to come with us. Her hubby was helping his brother find a house & so our family went & his wife Amanda came with us with her 3 kids.
It was very interesting....we took bikes scooter and stroller. By the end some didn't even want to ride anything. It was fun though.
They were all pretty excited about it & getting the medals. Then they had a kids run & pancake breakfast.
Yeah...my cute family made it!
Then the hospital was having an open house & there were fire and policeman outside. While out there our fiend Amanda wasn't feeling good so we decided she needed to go to the instacare there. Kevin took Marshall and treyden home for a nap. I took the 4 kids around the hospital open house while she went to the instacare.
There was lots of things to do in the hospital. When Amanda got out they found diagnosed her and gave her some meds....all is good. We then went home so she could rest
Poor Amanda! I am just glad we were by a hospital!

4th of July

For the fourth we decided to go to the Murray parade. It was really fun but hot. The boys loved getting all the candy they threw out. I loved it but of course no pictures.

Later that night Kevin's sister invited everyone over for a party on the 4th. It was a awesome night. I wanted to make some shirts for my boys & this is what I came up with. They loved that it had captain america on it. The turned out good & were pretty easy. The only thing is I should have put the symbol up higher but it was all good. I just wish also I would have gotten a picture of Marshall....oh well.
This is the rocket pinata Kevin made for the party.....it was pretty cool. He filled it with all the candy that we got from the parade...it was tonz!!
We ate and then hung outside until it was dark. Then we went over to the park by their house and watching all the fireworks...it was cool. Then we could also see the fire that was burning over by the draper temple. It was really scary. I can't believe all the fires that we going this year....crazy.

For the 24th of July I took my boys downtown to see the parade.....Kevin was at work.   It was pretty fun!
Although sometimes Jackson wasn't too happy about how long it was & that they didn't throw out candy like the murray parade....silly boy!
Oh look now he is happy.....I think he is bipolar :)

This was my favorite float.....the big Jesus and the gospel singer.  If I wasn't Mormon I think I would be baptist because I love all the singing and dancing around.....my kind of party!
Happy 24th!

Brighton

At the end of June we went up to Brighton to see a friend who is the manager of the Chalets up there. It was such a pretty night & fun time up there. It was nice to drive up there to get out of the heat.
Nice of Kevin & I to dress the same!
Some of his friends were there making a rocket with 2 liter bottles, some pvc pipe, and an air compressor. It was awesome...it went so high. It was a fun night.

Marshall & the boys

My cute boys are playing all the time...they are fun to be with. Don't you just love Marshall's wet shirt...I haven't no idea why it was so wet.
Don't you love the pink carpet! My favorite :)

bird or duck??

I was downstairs in the condo in the recliner and was watching TV. All the sudden it sounded like a some leaves being dropped into the window well behind me. I didn't make much effort to see what it was....I just leaned the chair back and looked up...nothing. Went back to watching TV...then I heard it again. Actually got up this time & looked in the window well & there was an baby bird or duck in our window well! I really need to bush up on my baby animal identification but I am pretty sure it was a duck :) The duck fell down 5 feet into the window well. I ran & got Jackson & we tried to figure out how to get him out. I decided the best thing would be to open the window & let him in & I would catch him and take him outside. Well I let him in & he jumped right into the house.......ran around hiding in little places. I didn't want to grab him because I felt like my grip my squash him so I kept throwing towels on him. Finally I cornered him in the bathroom & got him & took him outside. I felt back because I have no idea where his mom was but I just told myself he would find her. We watched him for awhile but then he left. CRAZY day.....it was fun!

Bees game

I really love going to the Bees game! I love watching live baseball.....I think it is mostly the atmosphere. I have been to a few MLB games....Cubs....the A's....I just like the laid back setting and just being outside. I am a sucker for any outdoor game. I think that is why basketball is not my favorite because I have to be indoors to watch....so football is my favorite of all!
This is my cute niece Megan.....cute stuff! Every year Doug...Kevin's dad.....his work had a Bee's day. You get to invite your family and go there have....hot dogs, drinks, chips, cotton candy, ice cream sandwiches, cracker jacks! It is pretty fun! A couple years they handed out Bee's paraphernalia....I got a visor, big hand, small bats and bee's balls! Sweet! I love it....not just because of the frees stuff.....I love that his whole family is usually there! This is my cute niece Gracie! Love her!
This is me and my blue tongue boy!
Nice fuzzy pictures!
We decided that Marshall would be all over the place and we wouldn't be able to enjoy ourselves so we traded him for my niece Jovi! Which was a great trade! Love that girl & the picture of her. Ethan loves to be with her.
Thanks for the fun night Doug!

Graves

We packed the mini-van full & went to go visit the Graves with my parents. We went to my grandparents down in Provo and a few others on my dad's side. My grandparents have a great view of the mountains. It is really pretty down there. These are the only pictures I took.....new goal....more pictures!

Jackson's Preschool program & Kennacot

My handsome Jackson had his preschool program right after Ethan's.....I was cutting it really close! He did a really good job!
This is last year at Miss Emily's....she is really cute & we have loved her preschool! Now what to do for him in the fall? Where will we be moving?
Later that day they were having a free entrance day up at Kennacot.....so we decided to take the boys up there with my parents! It was pretty fun but a little cold in May up there. I hadn't been up there forever!
Me and my cute mommy!

Ethan's K Program

Ethan had a year end Kindergarten play at his school. We could hardly see the boy...he was all the way in the back....but it was cute...he actually sang! Nice to know that the only boy that will smile for me isn't mine...that is his friend Sash! Boys...boys.,....boys!

Bye Lou!

When we moved into our Condo, the first person to come see us was this cute little lady about in her 80's.....carrying some cookies! She was so nice! We have gotten to know her really well since we have been here. She is a great lady, living all by herself! We were sad to hear that she was moving to Georgia to be with her family.
I never got to get a picture of her & her address but these are the best ones. We were actually getting a picture of her awning that she gave to us. She was moving & asked if we wanted anything so.....we took her retractable awning:0) You will be missed! I need to look her up one of these days!

Motor boys

Kevin went riding on motorcycles in Arizona with one of his buddies from his mission. Kevin went there on a business trip in May & stayed an extra day to ride with him! They had an awesome time....very jealous!
