4th of July Idaho Style

We went to our friends house in Idaho to celebrate the 4th of July. It was SO much fun & we are very grateful to our AWESOME friends for letting us take over their house & entertaining us!

Here are some pictures of my cute Marshall & his new friend Trayden....who was born about a month after. It was cute to see them together!

Our friends have a nice big backyard.....we had a great slip-n-slide party on the 4th.

This is their cute girl Natalie in the jeep with Ethan. They were pretty cute riding around together :) I decided I needed a picture of me....this is all I found....me feeding Marshall with my head down. Seriously girl......I need to take pictures of myself so I know I was there. Also, we took a picture of the cute cake that Amanda made.....I love themed food...so cute!

On the 2nd we went & spent a day at a cool lake. It was a perfect day! Yes...that is my handsome husband on the beach. The 3 men had fun out in the lake trying to stand up on a kayak, it was fun to watch!

On the 4th we went to watch a parade...it was fun. Then we watched a great firework show that night.....special vip seating. It was so crazy & so loud. I left Marshall in the car sleeping....the car was right by us...just so ya know :) They funny thing is that Jackson fell asleep during the show....how odd! We had a great & packed day....I think we wore the boys out!

We had a great time there! They have a fire pit outside & Jared serenaded us on the guitar. He is really good! It was such a laid back couple of days....we really had fun!

Random pictures of Marshall ~ 2 months old

Here are some random pictures of my boys....well mostly Marshall. I am so in love with this boy! He make me SO happy......I love to see him smile & laugh! I love how much he loves his big brothers & how happy he gets when he sees them.

At his 2 month appointment the doctor told me he had a heart murmur which I hate hearing anything not normal about my kids. I knew it wasn't too bad because he was still eating and growing well:( He said it was a grade 2-3 & that we would listen to it in a month. Then at his 3 month it was at a 1 and then his 4 month it was all gone!! Yeah! I'm glad it just went away on it's own. I love my Marshall!!!

Family Picnic

This year in June, Kevin's family had a family picnic up Big Cottonwood Canyon...thanks to his brother Kyle. He gets this great spot to have a little party. I love it there......lots of grass, trees, no one around, great view of the mountains....it's just fun!

It was a fun time up there! I love hanging out with Kevin's family. The water up there was CrAzY!!

I miss my 4Runner

It was a sad day in June when I had to get rid of my 4Runner that I had for 4 years. I loved driving it.....I broke down & get me one of these...............

............yes............I am officially a mom. Do you like the awesome picture we took of it. I realized that we haven't take a picture of it. I guess it wan't the highlight of our year. Yes........ I was one of those girls that said I would NEVER own a mini-van....but then I realized it was just perfect for me....yeah me :)

I decided we needed a bigger vehicle for our large family of 3 BOYS & this is what just made sense for me. I actually really like it & it has fit us well. I really like it on trips & I love the doors....it's great with a new born! I just hate that I'm getting old & need one of these. I don't mind it at all.....but I realized I am gonna miss my 4runner when winter hits :(

Kevin's mom & dad are great in-laws & awesome grandparents! Yes....i love my in-laws :) Kevin's mom has been taking care of my boys for 6 years....when I am working. They are always thinking of others & I always have a great time when I am around them. I have been on so many great vacations with them. These are just some recent pictures I love of them. Love you guys!!

Bees Clinic

The Bees had a little clinic were you could go down to the ballpark & do a few practices with some of the baseball players. It was an awesome day .....I just love being outside & going down on the field....but the greatest part was just hanging out with my 2 boys & my cute niece Jovi. Afterwards we went to Wingers to have some lunch...they are so cute together. LOVE IT!!!

Ethan's graduation from preschool

Ethan went to Little Learners for his last year of preschool. It was a good school & Ethan really learned a lot. He loved every minute of it & he grew up a lot just in time to go to Kindergarten......argggggg!! I am not ready for him to go.

They had a graduation program for them that everyone could come & watch him.....his grandparents got to come to it. It was cute to see he up there & to say good by to his teachers...they were awesome! Jackson keeps saying......when am I going to Little Learners like Ethan?? I told him we will have to wait & see if we move close to Little Learners.

Random Marshall in May

Here are some random pictures of Marshall. I think the FUNNIEST one is Marshall laying on my stuffed animal. Kevin was trying to do a photo shoot.....&.....it was funny!! That is my stuffed animal that I sleep with when I'm pregnant. I have had it forever & it is the only thing that I can cuddle & get comfortable with when I am HUGE! Whatever works...right?

Grandparents & Great-Grandparents

Kevin's grandparents moved up from St. George a while ago. They were having some health issues so their family decided they needed to be closer to them. They have lived in St. George for a LONG time & all their kids are in the Salt Lake area.

It is nice having them close by....so we can visit them. Although....... it was nice to have an excuse to take a vacation to St. George or somewhere close by. We would stop by many time on our way to California or Vegas.....but it's nice to have them here. These are pictures of when we took Marshall to see them for the first time. He is a month old ....5/29/11. It was fun to see them & take pictures.....even though they didn't want their pictures taken. It will be fun to look back at them.

Big Brother

Once again don't mind our lovely chair....it's my grandparents. Don't get me wrong I am VERY grateful to have this condo to live in until we find a house....It just doesn't look very good when we take pictures.....I know kind of vain aren't I...oh well :)

I love my boys!! I think it is sooooo cute to see them interact with their new brother. They really love him & don't get jealous at all when I have to feed him or something like that. I think they like that mom won't be checking up on them for awhile so they can do what they want.

Mother's day

I love mother's day! Not just because I get spoiled but I love being a mom. I just take the time to think of all the great things I would miss if I wasn't a mom. It's a REALLY tough job & I praise any women who does it. All moms are hard on themsleves & don't think that they are doing a good job but nobody is perfect....we are all trying our best.

Being a mom is hands down the most demanding and sometimes demeaning job I have ever done. I have to remember that doing things for myself, allowing myself breaks makes me a better and happier mom. In turn, when I’m more joyful and calm my boys usually are too. Unlike a 9-5 job, you are always on call and your vacations require a vacation.

Little Learners Carnival

Ethan went to Little Learners for his last year of preschool. He went to 3 years of preschool. The fist two were at Mrs. Margaret's in our neighborhood...we loved it but when his 2 years were up we sent him here. It's a great school & he loved it.

They had a carnival in May for a fundraiser. It was fun...they had a bunch of games. We invited Kevin's sister & her 2 girls to come. Ethan & Jackson really liked fighting Darth Vader with the Lightsabers they made.......I was a little scared of him....he was a BIG guy!

Wheeler Farm

Now that we have moved......the one plus is we are closer to Wheeler Farm. It's fun to take the boys there and walk around. It is spring time & all the cute babies were out! LOVE IT.

They built a new playground there....so that is pretty cool.

Easter at the Farmer house

We had Easter dinner at my parents house & did an Easter egg hunt there. I decided I wanted to make a Veggie tray. I don't know why, but I don't have a final picture of it. You make a bunny like this & then cut out his belly and put dip in it and then veggies all around. It was sooo cute...yes I was proud :)

This picture is of us on Easter morning. Ethan wanted to hold Marshall.......I think I was still on the drugs because I let him hold him standing up & over a tile floor.....can we say "smart mom"....hello Lindsay!

This is a picture of some of the Easter hunters. Yes... Jackson is wearing yellow polyester shorts. He had a little accident right before we did the hunt & I didn't bring an extra change of clothes. My mom has saved some clothes from when my brothers were little....so cute!
