Weddings!

On Friday the boys and i went to temple square to watch my nephews while my brother & his wife went her sisters wedding. I was happy to do it because i love to be down town, to walk around temple square and i love weddings! I am a people watcher and love to see all the brides and grooms glowing! I wish i could get married all over again! Well, i guess i could make that possible but i am pretty happy where i am, so i will have to live vicariously through others :)

While we were walking around, people kept stopping me and saying are these all your boys, what a cute family you have and how brave of you to be out and down town...What are these people crazy.....am i suppose to stay indoors all day in my little safe house? It was cute through, but i couldn't imagine having that many kids right now, maybe later but i am good with 2 right now! Arn't my nephews handsome, dressed as twins. They are the best boys, they are so cute and very nice and well behaved!
Ethan wasn't up for smiling, but i got some pictures not the best but good to remember it!
It was raining for a little bit that day & i felt bad for the brides but it cleared up and was a good day after that! Good thing i brought the umbrella. I am slowly being pretty good @ being prepared for whatever comes when we are out! When i looked at the pictures after i noticed that i only got one picture of Jackson with us all together. Oh well i guess we will just have to go again and ride traxs next time.

HAPPY 34 BRO!!

My wonderful brother Ryan is having a birthday today! Since i did this for my sister i guess i can tell you why i admire my brother! :) But come on Ryan 34, i am going to have come up with a lot of reasons why i admire you, this is a rough one! Aarrr!!

Ethan went to a friends birthday party this last weekend! It was fun! As you can see it was pirate themed. Aidan's mom put a lot of work into it! They went on a treasure hunt and found some treausre...a pinata shaped as a treasure box with lots of candy inside. When all the candy dropped, all ethan wanted was the tootsie rolls and peppermint candy.....hello.....i kept telling him to get the good stuff but he liked the others. I guess it's good then i won't keep eating his candy. They have a cool play set....that is all Ethan wanted to play on the whole time. He loves the park and things like that. I guess we need to get more then a slide in our yard. It is pretty boring
He refused to wear his hat and eye patch. I finally got it on him to take a picture and this is the best i got beacuse he wouldn't look up at me! He wasn't very happy to oblige his mom! Thanks steph for the great party!

Indy here we come

I know i am a geek, but i am way excited to see the new Indiana Jones movie! I am not a crazy person and wait in line, plus i work that day so i will have to wait.....i'm just exicted. I hope it's as good as the last 3, i love them all. Kevin wanted to name one of our boys Indiana. Not because of the movie, but he went on his mission there and liked the name, but mean me had mixed feelings about it! Guess we'll see what our next boys name will be , if we have one! Not that i am announcing anything :)

Jovi & Ethan

Ethan & Jovi are cousins. They are so cute together. Jovi is about 7 months younger than ethan. They play so cute together now that they are a littel bit older. I love these pictures of them. They would copy each other in all the pictures. It was cute!

Cowboy hat

I can't remember where we go this hat, but ethan loves to wear it around the house & pretend that he is a cowboy! It look more like an indiana jones hat! As you can see he loves it. He even sleeps with it. Oh & yes my almost 3 year old boy is still in a crib! He hasn't tried to climb out yet. He climbed in one day to get some trucks but then couldn't get out. I told him to do it again so i could get it on camera, but he said that it hurt his ribs! Yes he said ribs, becuase his mom is a nurse & is teaching him these things! I know i am crazy...he also says humerous & femur! So ethan is still in his crib, it is nice i can't complain.

Jordan Parkway

Our little family decided to go to the jordan parkway for a little family outing! It was a nice day, a bit chilly but fun. I think Ethan asks me at least 10 times a day for me to take him to the park. I can't wait till it is warm. I love being outside so it works for me that he likes to also. I love the Jordan parkway. We live close to it so we can just ride our bikes there. It's fun!

Ethan is a little freaked out by the slides that are covered & twist! But he conquered that fear & went down & didn't stop untill we had to go!
There is the rest of my cute family, having a little picnic. It was cool, we just brought a not so fancy picnic...pb&j! Well there was a group that was making hamburger & asked if we wanted some...score! They also had chips, drinks, ding-dongs & twinkes!! Kevin was very happy to take them off their hands!

Happy Birthday Garrett

We got to go to my cute nephew's birthday. His mom made the dragon cake in the background. It's not the greatest picture of it but you get how awesome it was. . Thanks for the party! Ethan decided that the play thing didn't have any dirt in it so he was digging in their garden & putting all their dirt in there. Lovley!! He also got his cousin megan to help him out. Crazy little turkeys!!
Holly & scott just repainted their house, ceiling & walls. Go Moores!! I looks really good. They did an awesome job. This is another bad picture, but the house turned out cute!

Hey Jackson

I love this picture of Jackson! He is so stinkin' cute! I am not bias, am i ? He loves to eat real food now, he is weaning himself off of the bottle @ 9 months . Now that he has discovered real food he says what am i doing wasting my time drinking this gross formula. It is cute to watch him eat now, but i have really enjoyed the time when i would just give him a bottle & i could go do other things while he eats. Now i have to interact with him & actually feed him :) he he

Grandma

My grandma has had a bunch of health issues latley. She has been in 3 different facilities & the ER many times. We have finally found a place that is good to grannies & wants them to get better! Go figure :) It's a stressful time for all of us. Especially my pop! He is their only child & has to deal with this all on his own. Well he has us, but no siblings to help out! Anyway she is doing better! We love you grandma! Hope you get to come home soon!

These are pictures of one visit to my grandma's rehab place. The kids had fun goofing off. Halen loved making Ethan do headstands. There is my cute dad goofing off like he always does!

Many of you have asked how Jackson has been doing with his helmet & so i thought i would post it on my blog for all to see.

He is doing aweome! From day one he hasn't had any problems with it. It can't be comfortable! He is such a good boy & very happy. I am very lucky. I can tell that it is helping. We went to the doctor the other day & he said that it is doing well & to come back in 5 more weeks. He has had it on about 8 weeks. Maybe another month or 2 & he will have it off.

It will be a sad day when we take it off because he rolls everywhere & hits his head on everything, which never hurts him beacuse of his crash helmet. So he's going to have a lot of bumps on his head when it comes off.

Bath time

I just wanted to let you know a favorite part of my day. I am sure you are dying to know what it is........BATHTIME!

I think it's the whole getting in the water & getting clean. If any of you know a bit about me you know that i love anything that has to do with water. Anyhoo.....I love watching my boys play in the tub together. It's cute now that Jackson is older & sitting up he can interact more with Ethan & he loves it! They always seem so happy after a bath. I love putting the smelly lotion on.
They are just too cute. I love making them laugh. Ethan is really good @ getting Jackson to laugh. Jackson has 2 laughs...his courtesy laugh & then his real laugh, which ethan can get him to do everytime.

I guess he is funnier than we are

It's gone!!

It's a sad day! We just sold our Maxima. I don't know why but i get a little emotional when we sell our cars. I have been really attached to 2 cars. I bought a 88 yellow prelude just after i graduated form high school & i loved that car. I had it for about 7 years! I cried when a 16 year old from heber bought it! This is the other car i was teary eyed over! This car is awesome, i loved it! Now it is gone. It had too many miles and needed some repairs. We are just upgrading to a newer model. Poor maxima, if your too old we trade you in for a newer model :)

I love being an aunt!

We had another family party this weekend to celebrate my niece’s 2 year birthday! It was fun being with them all. We had fun with the bubbles...........& with the whip cream can!!! I love messin' around with my nieces and nephews!

SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE!!!

It was such an awesome day on Saturday. It was a little cold, hence the coats and hats. So, after our Easter party we decided to go on a bike ride with the boys.

I love thoes kid trailers that go behind your bike. It was fun to be outdoors & not be cooped up in the house! I LOVE SUMMER!

Ethan loved finding thoes eggs! He would find one, open it and want to eat all the candy! His little cousin Madi, that will be 2, scored!! She beat Ethan to the punch everytime, so much for all the training that we had done before :)
Ethan was all too excited when he got a tape measure. Now he has one "just like daddy!" Grandparents with all the kids, except Jackson, he slept through the whole thing.
